Convenience Store Pickup: 7-11, FamilyMart (Mainland & Outlying Islands).
Estimated Delivery Time & Regions
SF Express: 2-3 business days / Mainland Taiwan only.
Chunghwa Post: 2-3 business days / Mainland Taiwan & Outlying Islands. (Note: Postmen typically ring the doorbell and do not provide phone notifications.)
Convenience Store Pickup: 2-3 business days / Mainland Taiwan & Outlying Islands.
Shipping Information
Dispatch Time: Orders (excluding the date of purchase) will be dispatched within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to force majeure.
Delivery Schedule:
Home Delivery: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. No delivery on weekends or public holidays.
Store Pickup: Available daily (Monday to Sunday). Actual arrival time depends on logistics scheduling.
Order Tracking:
[Home Delivery]: Delivery is subject to the driver's daily route.
[Store Pickup]: Please collect your package within 7 days of arrival. Failure to collect without a valid reason may result in the customer bearing the shipping costs.

Convenience Store Pickup (7-11 / FamilyMart):
Standard Fee: NT$65.
Available Regions: Mainland Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu.
SF Express (Standard Express):
Mainland Taiwan: NT$95.
Note: Provides faster, more punctual, and secure delivery service.
Chunghwa Post (Home Delivery):
Standard Fee: NT$65.
Available Regions: Mainland Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu.
